well i think players should have a little say in who some staff is when u premote (if you do ) becuase other servers just have people that hang around...but some people like it so the staff will actualy do stuff and help people out :S idk just a sugestion oh and you could vote for people that are already staff so people can see who would be best to go for , for help ?

that is nothing for the players to decide players can be stupid sometime the owners choose the staff. Thats how it needs to stay and if players chose staff they would always try to get it themself even if they just started.
thats true but like, we should vote for people that r already staff soo noobs can see who to look up to and rely on the most, eg. i look up to you when i have a question altho i like all staff
If you wanna help players be promoted or become staff just post up on there applications or create a post about that player

its a good idea. players should get to choose who should be promoted its like whos going to be the next president, but wat also counts is our decisions.
